The Hayes is an Ewardian style guesthouse, buitl in 1992 and still retains many characters of this period. We are situated on the North West side of Nuneaton close to Hartshill Country Park in George Elliot Country and we are within east reach from motorways M6, M42,and A5. We are also close to local amineties such as post office, bars, and restaurants, some within walking distance of our guesthouse.
On arrival you will be made welcome woth tea or coffee to settle yourselves in. We will also cater for you individual breakfast requirements,full english breakfast available if required. Two course evening meals can be requested with prior notice in our lovely dinig room. We also allow our guests to use of our comfortable lounge.
Our rooms are individually named on local historical themes, have remote T.V, tea and coffee making facilities. We have simgle/double and twin rooms.
Wireless WiFi broadband internet connection availabel throughout the guesthouse and use of a computer with internet connetion if requested.
Our establishment is fire certificated and welcome host accredited. Off road parking available.

Company Profile
Hayesguesthouse has been run by Margo and Ray for almost 7 years. The property was built originally as a quarry masters residence, which included the upper floor as servant quarters. Since purchasing the property it has been coverted into a guesthouse whilst keeping as many original features as possible, to give a Edwardian feel to our establishment.
